Cookie Policy

Last updated: 23 May 2026

This page explains what cookies and similar storage technologies we use on importsupplies.co.uk and what they do.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to recognise your device and remember some information about your visit. We also use the term to cover similar technologies (such as local storage) that perform comparable functions.

2. The cookies we use

We aim to run this site with as few cookies as possible. Our default position is no marketing or advertising cookies and no third-party social trackers.

Strictly necessary

  • Session cookies— used to maintain the security and integrity of form submissions (trade application, contact form). Without these, the site won’t function. No consent is required for strictly-necessary cookies under UK PECR.

Analytics (only if enabled)

Where we use a privacy-respecting analytics tool, it will be cookieless or first-party-only and will not share data with advertising networks. If we ever introduce analytics that requires consent, we will ask first and update this page.

3. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies. Doing so may affect parts of this site (e.g. preventing you from submitting the trade application form).

4. Changes

If we change the cookies we use, we’ll update this page. The last-updated date at the top reflects the current version.
