Pallet networks for nationwide, our own logistics for the South East where it makes sense, and a warehouse you can come to. Below is exactly how it works.
Pallet delivery
Mainland UK, on a pallet network you’ll recognise.
- ✓England, Wales, Scotland (mainland).Standard transit 1–3 working days from despatch.
- ✓Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight. Available — surcharge and longer transit apply. We’ll always quote in writing before despatch.
- ✓Tail-liftdeliveries available for kerbside drops where you don’t have a forklift. Specify on ordering.
- ✓Timed delivery slots available for retail destinations on request — additional cost may apply.
Collection
Bring your own transport — save on delivery.
- ✓Collection by appointment only — please call 0330 053 1714 at least 24 hours ahead so we have the order picked and ready.
- ✓We can load standard rigid lorries and 7.5t / 18t vehicles. For smaller vehicles we can hand-load up to a transit van.
- ✓Collection address and access details are sent with your order confirmation before you arrive.

What to expect on arrival
When the pallet lands.
Paperwork on the pallet
Commercial invoice and packing list are stapled to the outer wrap. Lot codes are visible on every outer case. Your order confirmation gives you the line-by-line BBE window.
Sign for it cleanly
Always sign “subject to inspection” if you can’t check the full pallet at the door. It protects you if a damaged case shows up later.
If something’s wrong
Damages or shortages: phone us within 24 hours, send a photo, we sort it. Don’t spend half a day filling in forms — we’d rather hear from you direct.
